About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet prospective residents and conduct personalized apartment tours
- Respond to phone, email, and web inquiries promptly
- Convert leads to leases through follow-up and relationship-building
- Complete leasing applications, verifications, and move-in paperwork
- Coordinate and attend resident events and community engagement initiatives
- Assist in marketing the property through social media and community outreach
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- One year of customer service, sales, or apartment leasing experience preferred

- Certified Apartment Leasing Professional Accreditation (CALP)
