Responsibilities

• Professionally present available apartments to prospective residents through in-person tours, virtual tours, and phone/email communication
• Collaborate with the Community Manager and leasing team to identify, attract, and qualify potential tenants
• Market vacant units using a mix of online listings, social media, signage, and outreach events to generate leads
• Accurately communicate community features, floorplans, pricing, availability, and lease terms to prospects
• Guide prospects through the leasing process from initial inquiry to signed lease, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local rental market and competitor communities
• Perform routine inspections of model units and vacant apartments to ensure optimal presentation
• Assist with resident retention efforts, community events, and ongoing customer service

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Leasing Consultant or in a sales focused position
• Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Customer-first mindset with ability to build rapport quickly
• Strong understanding of local leasing laws, fair housing regulations, and compliance standards
• Ability to work Saturdays (10 AM to 4:00 PM)

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
