Leasing Associate

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily leasing activities to achieve occupancy and rent growth goals
• Greet and tour prospects, qualify applicants, and complete lease paperwork
• Respond to resident requests and ensure apartments are move-in ready
• Perform light bookkeeping, administrative duties, and property inspections
• Follow up with prospects and shop competitor properties

Requirements

• Multi-family property management experience preferred
• Demonstrated success in goal setting and sales process execution
• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexible schedule with availability during office hours
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
