Leasing Associate

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily leasing activities to attain occupancy and rent growth goals
• Sell prospects on the quality of the brand and apartment lifestyle
• Complete lease paperwork and manage resident requests
• Respond to telephone, internet, and in-person inquiries with timely follow-up
• Qualify prospects by collecting data and initiating background checks
• Tour the property and show apartment homes to guests
• Perform light bookkeeping, including calculating rents and preparing delinquency letters
• Maintain property cleanliness by inspecting common areas and amenities
• Maintain a minimum 20% conversion ratio of total traffic

Requirements

• Multi-family property management experience preferred
• Demonstrated success in sales and goal achievement
• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexible schedule with availability during office hours
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
