Leasing Associate

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert prospective resident leads through tours, follow-up, and professional sales techniques
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing resident and prospect inquiries, concerns, and requests
• Manage the leasing process, including applications, screenings, lease documentation, and move-in coordination
• Maintain community appeal by monitoring the condition and presentation of apartments, amenities, and common areas
• Support daily property operations through administrative tasks, recordkeeping, and resident communications
• Stay informed on market conditions and competitors to effectively promote the community and drive occupancy

Requirements

• Multi-family property management experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Social media marketing experience preferred
