Leasing Agent

Responsibilities

• Serve as a community sales representative
• Welcome prospects and showcase property features and benefits
• Secure lease agreements from qualified applicants
• Provide excellent service to ensure residents feel valued
• Coordinate with team members to resolve issues

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of leasing experience
• Proficiency in word processing and data entry
• Experience with Yardi or comparable property management software
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of all assigned Tonti University courses

Preferred Qualifications

• National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) certification
