Leasing Agent

Responsibilities

• Serve as a community sales representative by welcoming prospects
• Showcase property features and benefits to potential residents
• Secure lease agreements from qualified applicants
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure residents feel valued
• Coordinate with appropriate team members to resolve issues

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of leasing experience
• Proficiency in word processing, data entry, and Yardi or comparable property management software
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to complete assigned Tonti University courses

Preferred Qualifications

• National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) certification
