Leasing Administration Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete leasing administration lifecycle, from tenant approval through contract execution and handover
• Review, prepare, and maintain all lease agreements, amendments, renewals, and termination documentation
• Monitor contract expiry dates to ensure timely renewals and maximize tenant retention
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Property Management, and Government Relations to ensure seamless leasing operations
• Manage lease renewal programs and monitor occupancy targets across residential, commercial, and industrial portfolios
• Coordinate with Government Relations for contract registrations, attestations, and regulatory approvals
• Prepare detailed leasing reports, including occupancy rates, vacancy levels, and renewal forecasts
• Ensure all leasing workflows and pricing strategies comply with company policies and UAE regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Law, or a related discipline
• 8–10 years of experience in real estate leasing administration or property management
• Strong knowledge of UAE leasing regulations and tenancy contract procedures
• Proven experience managing diverse portfolios (residential, commercial, retail, office, warehouse, and industrial)
• Proficiency with ERP systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office
• Fluency in Arabic

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with legal and government entities in the UAE
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities for strategic decision-making
