About the role
Responsibilities
- Invoice equipment orders, cash sales, leases, exchanges, loaners, and rentals
- Review incoming sales documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Perform credit application entry and document uploads
- Maintain Sales Orders workflow through Docuware
- Review lease funding packages for valid signatures, payment structures, and credit approvals
- Coordinate with leasing partners to ensure timely receipt of funding
- Act as a liaison between Sales Personnel, customers, and leasing companies
- Support the Logistics Team with lease return issues
- Prepare and update daily sales reports and maintain sales commissions
Requirements
- 2-3 years of accounting or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Windows
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
