About the role

Responsibilities

  • Invoice equipment orders, cash sales, leases, exchanges, loaners, and rentals
  • Review incoming sales documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Perform credit application entry and document uploads
  • Maintain Sales Orders workflow through Docuware
  • Review lease funding packages for valid signatures, payment structures, and credit approvals
  • Coordinate with leasing partners to ensure timely receipt of funding
  • Act as a liaison between Sales Personnel, customers, and leasing companies
  • Support the Logistics Team with lease return issues
  • Prepare and update daily sales reports and maintain sales commissions

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of accounting or administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Windows
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
