Lease Initiation Agent

Responsibilities

• Ensure device installations and leasing contract terms are accurately aligned
• Prepare lease exhibits and initiation packages for financial processing
• Execute lease initiation in coordination with Finance Partners to trigger asset sale invoices
• Input data into the Lease Accelerator accounting tool
• Prepare weekly funding line of sight reports for various stakeholders and management
• Perform monthly KPI Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) on missed targets

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Excellent Excel skills for data management and reporting
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in leasing or financing
• Knowledge of Managed Services business models
• Familiarity with Customer Operations processes
