Learning Technology Specialist

Responsibilities

• Administer the SAP SuccessFactors LMS end-to-end, including configuration, user roles, and integrations
• Manage the learning technology ecosystem including AI role-playing tools, Sales Enablement Platforms, Knowledge Bases, and CMS
• Drive platform reliability, content lifecycle discipline, and sales readiness acceleration
• Partner with IT to maintain LMS-HRIS sync, SSO, and secure data flows
• Implement and maintain xAPI pipelines and LRS to capture practice data
• Build learner impact reports and executive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
• Lead platform upgrades, migrations, and vendor relationship management

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience administering enterprise LMS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Docebo)
• Hands-on experience with mobile-first learning and field adoption in retail or sales environments
• Proficiency with SCORM, xAPI, and content testing
• Experience with LMS-HRIS integrations and multi-language content delivery
• Strong technical troubleshooting and data accuracy discipline
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Articulate 360
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI Role-Playing/Simulation tools (e.g., Mindtickle, Second Nature)
• Knowledge of Learning Record Stores (LRS) like Watershed or Learning Locker
• Experience with Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP) such as WalkMe or Pendo
• Familiarity with headless CMS or enterprise CMS (Adobe, Sitecore)
• Advanced analytics skills with Power BI or Tableau
• Experience with AR/VR simulations or microlearning tools
