About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and lead the learning and talent development capability from the ground up to support business transformation.
- Design and manage a blended learning offer, including online, offline, and professional qualification routes.
- Define organizational career paths and create development plans linked to succession planning and future workforce needs.
- Design and deliver executive leadership development tracks and management development programs.
- Launch and manage the Learning Management System (LMS), overseeing platform selection, implementation, and adoption.
- Lead the succession planning process, including talent identification, pipelining, and readiness assessments.
- Act as an internal consultant to diagnose capability gaps and recommend tailored learning solutions to business leaders.
- Design and deliver the full employee onboarding journey to ensure new joiners are connected and clear on expectations.
- Support the performance management process by linking learning initiatives to performance goals and development outcomes.
Requirements
- Degree in HR, Business, Training and Development, Organisational Development, or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience in Learning and Development (L&D), Talent Development, or Organisational Development.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful learning programs in a corporate environment.
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and e-learning tools, including implementation and driving adoption.
- Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Deep understanding of performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as CIPD.
- Executive Coaching certification or significant experience in coaching/mentoring frameworks.
- Experience working in multicultural environments or international exposure.
- Experience managing employee engagement surveys and turning insights into actionable development plans.
