Learning & Talent Data and AI Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design curricula and educational content for instructor-led, blended, and digital learning journeys
• Own end-to-end data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation for learning and talent
• Create digital learning assets using authoring tools, multimedia, and AI
• Manage and optimize the learner journey within LMS/LXP platforms
• Develop assessment tools and evaluation strategies to measure learning effectiveness
• Integrate edtech tools including LinkedIn Learning and AI-led innovations
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals
• Conduct skills-based needs assessments to identify workforce capability gaps
• Facilitate learning sessions including workshops and webinars

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, L&D, EdTech, HR, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design and facilitation
• Proficiency in data analysis and dashboard design
• Experience with LMS/LXP management and digital content creation
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven learning is highly advantageous

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Technical L&D certifications such as CIPD, APTD, or CPTD
