Learning Support Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support the education and social development of pupils, including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
• Adopt relevant teaching and learning strategies to support classroom teachers and increase pupil achievement
• Work under the direction of the Headteacher, Director of Student Support, and Learning Support Lead
• Contribute to the wider life of the school and participate in the enrichment programme

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in the English language
• Qualification in support teaching (desirable)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing teaching support (desirable)
