Learning Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Conduct operational discovery and workflow mapping to identify capability and performance gaps
• Co-create learning concepts with SMEs, leaders, and operational teams
• Develop practical, user-friendly learning frameworks grounded in operational observation
• Deliver learning through various channels and integrate change management practices to support behavior change
• Assess practical application and performance impact using observation, feedback, and data
• Maintain and update learning solutions as processes and technology evolve

Requirements

• Degree in Business Systems Analysis or Process Engineering
• 10+ years of work experience, including learning design or delivery
• Proven experience working within an operational environment
• Strong grounding in adult learning principles
• Proficiency in process mapping and operational improvement
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across all organizational levels
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in telecoms, ISP, fibre, or similar operational industries
