About the role

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the SuccessFactors module, specifically focusing on Learning, Development, and Succession.
  • Extract and analyze training-related information using SQL.
  • Manage and administer various platforms including SharePoint, Linkia, Foxzise, and Chatbots.
  • Develop custom applications and information dashboards using the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Research and identify new trends in learning platforms to improve training processes.

Requirements

  • Engineering or Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Technology.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
  • Proven experience in SuccessFactors or other LMS administration, project management, and application support.
  • Proficiency in relational databases and SQL.
  • Strong knowledge of MS365 (SharePoint, MS Teams), Power BI, and Power Apps.
  • Technical skills in API integration and HTML programming.
  • English fluency (90%).
  • Availability to travel.
