About the role
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the SuccessFactors module, specifically focusing on Learning, Development, and Succession.
- Extract and analyze training-related information using SQL.
- Manage and administer various platforms including SharePoint, Linkia, Foxzise, and Chatbots.
- Develop custom applications and information dashboards using the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Research and identify new trends in learning platforms to improve training processes.
Requirements
- Engineering or Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Technology.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
- Proven experience in SuccessFactors or other LMS administration, project management, and application support.
- Proficiency in relational databases and SQL.
- Strong knowledge of MS365 (SharePoint, MS Teams), Power BI, and Power Apps.
- Technical skills in API integration and HTML programming.
- English fluency (90%).
- Availability to travel.
