Learning & Organizational Development Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to assess learning and development needs aligned with strategic objectives
• Design, implement, and evaluate learning solutions including leadership development, onboarding, and team effectiveness programs
• Lead organizational development initiatives such as change management, culture transformation, and employee engagement
• Develop and deliver training content, workshops, and learning experiences using modern instructional design methodologies
• Analyze performance data and feedback to inform learning strategies and measure program impact
• Support the implementation and optimization of learning technologies and platforms (e.g., LMS, e-learning tools)
• Manage external vendors, budgets, and logistics for learning programs and events
• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on development opportunities and career growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (preferred fields: Organizational Psychology, Education, HR, or Business)
• 3–5 years of experience in L&D, OD, or HR roles with proven impact
• Experience designing and delivering training programs and workshops
• Proficiency in LMS platforms, AI tools, Microsoft Office, and e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence across all organizational levels
