Learning Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Administer LMS/LXP systems, including course assignments, content uploads, and SCORM management
• Configure and curate learning experiences on third-party platforms like Udemy
• Support content development using Articulate and light video editing
• Manage ServiceNow ticket fulfillment for incoming learning requests
• Partner with stakeholders to translate intake requests into actionable fulfillment plans
• Maintain learning intake repositories, knowledge bases, and content inventories
• Track learning participation, engagement metrics, and feedback for reporting

Requirements

• 1–2 years in learning operations, systems administration, or project coordination
• Proficiency with MS Office and SharePoint
• Familiarity with SCORM and authoring tools like Articulate
• Experience with light video editing
• Strong organizational and multi-priority management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Learning & Development or Instructional Design
• Hands-on experience administering Cornerstone LMS
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
• Familiarity with intake process design and post-program measurement
