About the role
Responsibilities
- Administer LMS/LXP systems, including course assignments, content uploads, and SCORM management
- Configure and curate learning experiences on third-party platforms like Udemy
- Support content development using Articulate and light video editing
- Manage ServiceNow ticket fulfillment for incoming learning requests
- Partner with stakeholders to translate intake requests into actionable fulfillment plans
- Maintain learning intake repositories, knowledge bases, and content inventories
- Track learning participation, engagement metrics, and feedback for reporting
Requirements
- 1–2 years in learning operations, systems administration, or project coordination
- Proficiency with MS Office and SharePoint
- Familiarity with SCORM and authoring tools like Articulate
- Experience with light video editing
- Strong organizational and multi-priority management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Learning & Development or Instructional Design
- Hands-on experience administering Cornerstone LMS
- Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Familiarity with intake process design and post-program measurement
