Learning Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end learning operations across multiple sites in the UAE, ensuring consistent, high-quality administrative support.
• Oversee training schedules across Jebel Ali, Al Taweelah, and other locations, balancing capacity and learner demand.
• Manage contractor support, including onboarding, performance management, and service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and scalability.
• Own triage and response processes for learning operations communication channels to ensure professional stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure all administrative processes align with client policies, maintaining strict documentation and audit trails.
• Lead and develop a team of Training Coordinators and administrative staff through coaching and performance management.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in learning operations, training administration, or operational management.
• Proven experience managing multi-site operations and distributed teams.
• Strong background in scheduling, coordination, and administrative process management.
• Experience managing contractors or vendors in a service delivery environment.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Ability to work onsite in the UAE with frequent travel between sites (e.g., Dubai and Abu Dhabi).

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean or Six Sigma certifications.
• Operations-specific professional certifications.
