Learning Management System Administrator

Responsibilities

• Own the administration, optimisation, and governance of the Docebo LMS
• Manage day-to-day operations including user management, learning plans, and access controls
• Configure and optimize the LMS to support customer and partner education goals
• Improve learner experience by optimizing content discovery and navigation
• Support integrations between Docebo and key business systems
• Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards to track engagement and performance
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Docebo support and feature requests
• Maintain a well-structured course catalogue using metadata and taxonomy

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer education, L&D, or learning operations
• At least 2 years of hands-on Docebo administration experience
• Proven experience managing LMS for customer education and multi-audience portals
• Experience administering self-paced and instructor-led training (ILT) programs
• Proficiency in building custom reports and connecting LMS data to analytics tools
• Ability to work flexible hours to support global time zones
• Must be available for a fixed-term 6-month contract

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Docebo Connect or enterprise orchestration software like Workato
• Experience leveraging AI to improve learner and admin experiences
• Experience with Google Analytics or similar web analytics platforms
• Docebo Pro certification
• Background in SaaS platform enablement
• Knowledge of CSS and HTML for UI/UX customization
