Learning Experience Designer (LXD)

Responsibilities

• Own the detailed design and build of digital learning solutions from storyboard through final delivery
• Create detailed storyboards and design assets to guide development clearly
• Build high-quality eLearning modules, video scripts, and digital assets using tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Vyond
• Partner with architects, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to ensure instructional accuracy and strong learner flow
• Perform rigorous quality checks across content accuracy, language, accessibility, and functionality
• Apply templates, authoring standards, and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and consistency
• Manage individual workflows independently while meeting strict timelines and delivery expectations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, or a related field
• Proven experience in instructional design, content development, or digital learning delivery
• Proficiency in authoring tools including Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, or Adobe Captivate
• Strong grounding in instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and SAM
• Excellent written English communication skills
• Experience with design tools like PowerPoint, Canva, or basic Adobe Creative Cloud
• Familiarity with LMS concepts, SCORM standards, and content management
