Learning Experience Designer (LXD)

Responsibilities

• Own the detailed design and build of digital learning solutions from storyboard through final delivery
• Create detailed storyboards and design assets to guide development clearly
• Build high-quality eLearning modules, video scripts, and digital assets using tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise
• Partner with Learning Experience Architects, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to ensure instructional accuracy and alignment
• Perform rigorous quality checks across content accuracy, language, accessibility, and functionality
• Apply templates, authoring standards, and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and consistency
• Manage individual workflows independently while meeting strict timelines and delivery expectations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, or a related field
• Proven experience in instructional design, content development, or digital learning delivery
• Strong grounding in instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE or SAM
• Hands-on expertise with authoring tools including Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, or Adobe Captivate
• Proficiency in design tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, or basic Adobe Creative Cloud
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work fully onsite in either Noida or Pune, India

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing blended or multi-modal learning solutions
• Familiarity with LMS concepts, SCORM standards, and content management
• Comfort using emerging AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity and learning quality
• Experience with video creation tools like Vyond or Camtasia
