Learning Experience Designer (LXD)

Responsibilities

• Own the detailed design and build of digital learning solutions from storyboard through final delivery
• Create detailed storyboards and design assets that bring learning designs to life
• Build high-quality eLearning modules, video scripts, and digital assets using Articulate Storyline and Rise
• Partner with architects, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and strong learner flow
• Perform rigorous quality checks across content accuracy, language, accessibility, and functionality
• Apply templates, authoring standards, and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and consistency
• Manage individual workflows independently while meeting strict timelines and delivery expectations

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, or a related field
• Proven experience in instructional design, content development, or digital learning delivery
• Deep expertise in building interactive eLearning using Articulate Storyline and Rise 360
• Strong grounding in instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and SAM
• Proficiency with tools like Vyond, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia
• Familiarity with LMS concepts, SCORM standards, and content management
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Ability to work fully onsite at our Pune office

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing blended or multi-modal learning solutions
• Proficiency in design tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, or basic Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
• Comfort using emerging AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity and learning quality
