Learning Experience Architect (LXA)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end instructional design using the Intelligent Design Framework to create eLearning, microlearning, and blended programs.
• Design learning strategies, content outlines, storyboards, and scripts that align with business outcomes.
• Mentor and guide a small team of 2–4 instructional designers through regular 1:1s and constructive feedback.
• Conduct learning needs and job-task analyses to recommend appropriate modalities and strategies.
• Utilize Gen AI tools to accelerate content creation, iteration, and personalization.
• Partner with subject matter experts to translate complex knowledge into actionable learning assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of hands-on experience in instructional design and learning development.
• Advanced, hands-on expertise with Articulate Storyline and Rise.
• Proven experience mentoring or leading small teams of instructional designers.
• Demonstrated proficiency using Gen AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude for learning design.
• Strong working knowledge of LMS platforms and SCORM standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing simulations or scenario-based learning.
• Knowledge of visual design or multimedia production.
• Familiarity with learning analytics and reporting.
• Background in change management or performance consulting.
• Experience working in global, client-facing environments.
