Learning Experience Architect

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end learning experiences including eLearning, blended learning, vILT, and performance support
• Conduct needs analyses and performance gap assessments to identify effective learning solutions
• Lead discovery conversations and consult with global business stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Design curriculum pathways, learning journeys, and multi-modal learning strategies
• Apply Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) to accelerate content development and research
• Mentor and coach instructional designers, providing feedback and reviewing deliverables for quality
• Integrate AI-assisted workflows into content creation, curation, and quality assurance processes

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or learning development
• Proven expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Hands-on experience using Generative AI tools to support learning design workflows
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline and/or Rise
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
• Experience mentoring or guiding other instructional designers
• Ability to work onsite in Noida, India

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing business simulations or scenario-based learning
• Knowledge of learning analytics and reporting
• Experience in change management or performance consulting
• Multimedia production or visual design knowledge
• Experience supporting global clients and distributed teams
