Learning Engagement Consultant

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of service engagements for Skillsoft clients, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Act as a primary liaison between customers and internal technical teams to communicate service engagement progress.
• Conduct virtual customer meetings to identify business needs and define program goals.
• Develop and maintain detailed project work plans and provide oversight for site implementations, including configuration and integration.
• Provide guidance on product training, resource availability, and perform training as required.
• Evaluate project risks and develop contingency plans to respond to changing factors.
• Work closely with account teams to focus on customer-specific program needs and deliver clear value.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in a Learning and Development role (content curation, facilitation, leadership development, or administration).
• University degree in education, business, computer science, or commensurate experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Access).
• Experience or familiarity with the computer-based training market.
• Familiarity with LMS or LCMS platforms and the integration of learning content.
• Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel 10-15% annually and work some hours outside of normal business hours.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a virtual environment with multiple remote teams.
