Learning Director

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the end-to-end learning delivery architecture to ensure training content is scalable and effective.
• Define and enforce standards for content structure, tagging, metadata, and storage to enable consistent discoverability.
• Establish and govern a single source of truth for learning content to reduce duplication and improve maintenance efficiency.
• Translate learning intent into scalable content pathways that support role-specific learning in the flow of work.
• Partner with Learning Designers to guide content design decisions and ensure alignment with architectural standards.
• Provide quality and standards oversight to protect consistency and the learner experience.
• Support governance and change processes through structured intake and controlled updates to learning materials.

Requirements

• Experience with learning platforms, automations, and AI-enabled tools (e.g., content agents, engagement analytics).
• Background working within large client environments.
• Experience working with Marketing learning content or Marketing-specific roles.
• Strong expertise in learning design and learning systems, with the ability to distinguish learning from reference content.
• A systems-thinking mindset with deep capability in content architecture, tagging, and metadata.
• Proven ability to guide and influence designers and subject matter experts through clear frameworks.
• Experience building or improving Train the Trainer materials.
