Learning & Development Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the company’s Learning & Development strategy aligned with business goals
• Identify training needs through performance analysis and stakeholder meetings
• Develop annual training calendars and learning roadmaps for Retail and Corporate teams
• Create onboarding, leadership, sales, customer experience, and compliance training programs
• Design and develop engaging e-learning content and digital learning journeys
• Create interactive training materials including videos, presentations, and microlearning modules
• Manage and update LMS (Learning Management System) platforms and online training libraries
• Deliver face-to-face training sessions, workshops, and inductions for Retail and Corporate employees
• Monitor training completion rates, learner engagement, and training effectiveness
• Track training KPIs and prepare monthly/quarterly reports for management
• Collaborate with HR and Retail Operations to align learning initiatives with business priorities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Talent Development
• Strong experience creating e-learning and classroom training content
• Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools
• Advanced PowerPoint and content creation skills
• Knowledge of instructional design principles
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
• Experience within Retail, Fashion, Hospitality, or Luxury industries is a plus
• Fluent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus
