Learning & Development Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of the Cornerstone on Demand LMS, including configuration and user management
• Create and maintain eLearning modules using Articulate 360
• Act as the primary point of contact for learning-related inquiries and troubleshooting
• Prepare and distribute training dashboards and reports to stakeholders
• Support the formal training needs assessment (TNA) process
• Coordinate and set up on-site learning events and manage external suppliers

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Learning & Development role
• Hands-on experience with LMS administration
• Experience creating eLearning content with Articulate 360 or similar tools
• Strong data literacy and ability to interpret learning metrics
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand
• Experience supporting training needs analyses
• Familiarity with competency frameworks
• Knowledge of learning evaluation methodologies like the Kirkpatrick model
