Learning & Development Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging classroom, virtual, and blended learning sessions for associates, team leads, and managers
• Facilitate behavioral, professional skills, leadership essentials, and functional capability programs
• Manage the end-to-end learning program lifecycle from design to delivery
• Customize and adapt training materials to suit learner needs and business contexts
• Create and periodically update high-quality training content and modules
• Conduct pre- and post-training assessments, knowledge checks, and skill evaluations
• Track learner performance, attendance, and feedback to provide insights to leadership
• Collaborate with business units and SMEs to identify capability gaps and training needs
• Manage training schedules, rooms, and inventories

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 3–7 years of experience in Learning & Development or training delivery
• Proven experience conducting soft skills and behavioral training
• Proficiency in content authoring tools such as Articulate, Captivate, or Storyline
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for content creation
• Experience delivering virtual training via MS Teams, Webex, or Zoom
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and modern L&D methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or HR/Training certification
• Train-the-Trainer (TTT) certification
• Instructional Design basics
• Behavioral or leadership development certifications (e.g., DISC, MBTI, Situational Leadership)
• Experience in IT/ITES or technology-driven environments
