Learning & Development Partner

Responsibilities

• Build the France L&D roadmap from scratch, focusing on leadership and management development for a fast-scaling commercial organization.
• Design high-impact leadership programs covering management fundamentals, performance coaching, and leadership posture.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions using a business-first approach tailored to a sales-driven scale-up environment.
• Select and deploy effective learning tools, platforms, and formats including digital, blended, and micro-learning.
• Measure program effectiveness through KPIs, training ROI, and capability growth indicators.
• Partner with HRBPs to identify managerial gaps and ensure the operational deployment of leadership standards.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, specifically focused on leadership development.
• Proven experience building L&D programs from the ground up, ideally within a scale-up, fintech, or tech environment.
• Mastery of end-to-end instructional design, including program design, facilitation, and effectiveness measurement.
• Native-level fluency in French.
• Fluent English (minimum C1 level) for group-wide communication.
• A pragmatic, "builder" mindset with the ability to thrive in high-growth, ambiguous environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in people partnering or sales/commercial enablement.
• Experience working with training analytics platforms.
