Learning & Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Build scalable learning content in Sana that reflects Qonto's culture and addresses real business pain points.
• Facilitate diverse workshops and learning sessions, including modules for the Manager Academy.
• Coach Qontoers using Lean principles to operationalize company culture and ways of working.
• Partner with managers and internal experts to deliver impactful, high-quality learning experiences.
• Anticipate future capability needs by staying close to business teams and observing evolving requirements.

Requirements

• Solid experience in Learning & Development with strong foundations in programme design and pedagogy.
• Proven ability to create scalable learning content, including self-serve and tool-based learning.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills, particularly when working with managers.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to deliver autonomously with a high bar.
• Fluency in both English and French is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Lean Methodology to use as a coaching framework.
