Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the 'Single Source of Truth' for product knowledge, pricing, scripts, and objection handling
• Design, execute, and structure scalable training programs for new joiners and existing employees
• Define sales quality KPIs and scorecards to track team performance metrics
• Lead engagement programs via gamification, leaderboards, and rewards
• Design multi-tiered certification systems and run assessments for sales representatives
• Maintain dashboards tracking sales quality, training completion, and certifications
• Evaluate and implement EdTech, LMS, and AI tools such as conversation intelligence software

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in L&D, Sales Training, or Sales Enablement
• Proven experience working with large sales teams of 50+ people
• End-to-end experience managing training programs from design to evaluation
• Experience building Knowledge Management Systems, corporate wikis, or Sales Playbooks
• Background in quality assurance (QA), call monitoring, or performance coaching
• Experience in Tech, SaaS, FinTech, or B2B Sales industries
• Practical experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Familiarity with AI tools for sales training or conversation intelligence (e.g., Gong, Chorus)
• Strong data analysis skills using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools
• Ability to develop e-learning content or manage third-party vendors
