Learning & Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate business needs into learning objectives
• Delegate the design and development of instructional materials across multiple modalities
• Evaluate instructional content for accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with adult learning principles
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to instructional designers and content developers
• Prioritize and manage multiple concurrent instructional design projects
• Evaluate learner feedback, assessment results, and LMS data for content improvement
• Manage weekly one-on-one and team meetings to align with departmental goals
• Support revisions to training programs based on policy or performance data

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Technology, Educational Psychology, Adult Education, or Communication
• Minimum 7 years of experience managing curriculum development projects
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role leading a geographically diverse team
• Minimum 4 years of video editing skills (Camtasia, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
• Minimum 4 years of audio editing skills (Audacity or similar)
• Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar)
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Working knowledge of adult learning models such as ADDIE
• Willingness to travel up to 30%
