Responsibilities

  • Create, implement, and maintain effective learning and development programs that align with company goals
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for development among staff
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops that cater to diverse learning styles
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires
  • Manage the training budget efficiently
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in the field of learning and development

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in hospitality
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field
  • In-depth understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
  • Experience with e-learning tools, platforms, and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess training effectiveness
  • Proven leadership skills to guide and develop a training team
  • Willingness to work in Karawang
