Responsibilities
- Create, implement, and maintain effective learning and development programs that align with company goals
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for development among staff
- Facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops that cater to diverse learning styles
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
- Support the onboarding process for new hires
- Manage the training budget efficiently
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in the field of learning and development
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in hospitality
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field
- In-depth understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
- Experience with e-learning tools, platforms, and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities to assess training effectiveness
- Proven leadership skills to guide and develop a training team
- Willingness to work in Karawang
