About the role

Responsibilities

  • Analyze training needs and develop a Training Business Plan for the General Manager
  • Implement training programs including New Employee Orientation, Customer Service, and Supervisory Skills
  • Monitor training progress and produce timely monthly reports for Department Heads
  • Design and implement structured training session plans in conjunction with Department Heads
  • Manage the training department budget in coordination with the Director of Human Resources
  • Identify high-potential employees and develop succession plans
  • Implement Performance Reviews and Personal Development Plans
  • Coach, counsel, and provide constructive feedback to staff to enhance performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, or Human Resources
  • 3 years of relevant experience in a manager role or equivalent
  • Excellent command of spoken and written Indonesian
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities
