About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze training needs and develop a Training Business Plan for the General Manager
- Implement training programs including New Employee Orientation, Customer Service, and Supervisory Skills
- Monitor training progress and produce timely monthly reports for Department Heads
- Design and implement structured training session plans in conjunction with Department Heads
- Manage the training department budget in coordination with the Director of Human Resources
- Identify high-potential employees and develop succession plans
- Implement Performance Reviews and Personal Development Plans
- Coach, counsel, and provide constructive feedback to staff to enhance performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, or Human Resources
- 3 years of relevant experience in a manager role or equivalent
- Excellent command of spoken and written Indonesian
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities
