Learning & Development Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an integrated annual Learning & Development strategy across three Saudi entities
• Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps
• Manage the annual training calendar and departmental budget
• Maximize the utilization and effectiveness of the Training Academy
• Design and coordinate technical, engineering, and administrative training programs
• Establish and manage a formal Knowledge Transfer Program
• Develop internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) into effective trainers
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and maintain accurate training records
• Measure training effectiveness and report key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 5–10 years of experience in Learning & Development
• Experience within Industrial, EPC, or Oil & Gas sectors is preferred
• Fluent in English
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Power BI
