Responsibilities

• Design and activate end-to-end people solutions for impact, performance, and team listening
• Design immersion and onboarding experiences to help new joiners integrate quickly
• Lead leadership development and culture activation through workshops, hackathons, and rituals
• Partner with People Business Partners to design scalable solutions for tech, engineering, hardware, and business functions
• Prototype AI-driven layers for people enablement tools
• Facilitate core sessions, onboarding workshops, and culture inductions both in-person and online

Requirements

• Product and systems thinking applied to people problems
• High AI fluency with experience building or prototyping solutions using AI
• Data and measurement literacy to turn insights into leadership action
• Strong facilitation skills for senior leaders and technical teams
• Ability to prioritize and sequence work in a fast-paced environment
• Stakeholder influence and judgment in ambiguous settings

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in change management, organizational design, or L&D in scaling tech companies
• Experience in a center of excellence or business partnering role within high-growth organizations
• Tech-savvy with understanding of basic technical concepts like APIs, SCIM, SSO, or Entra
