About the role
Responsibilities
- Support global mandatory training campaigns related to Compliance, Cybersecurity, D&I, and HSE
- Manage training assignments and follow up on completion progress across different regions
- Prepare weekly reports to share training status and progress with internal stakeholders
- Coordinate the translation process for global digital learning content with regional reviewers
- Update online learning materials, including courses, videos, guides, and onboarding content
- Support the administration of external learning platforms, user groups, and licenses
- Follow up on learning-related support requests to improve the employee experience
Requirements
- Advanced English proficiency is required
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- At least one year remaining until graduation
- Intermediate Excel and data management skills
- Ability to navigate various digital platforms and tools
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive communication skills in English and Spanish
- Availability for a full-time internship for at least one year under a hybrid work scheme in García, N.L.
