Learning & Development Intern

Responsibilities

• Support global mandatory training campaigns related to Compliance, Cybersecurity, D&I, and HSE
• Manage training assignments and follow up on completion progress across different regions
• Prepare weekly reports to share training status and progress with internal stakeholders
• Coordinate the translation process for global digital learning content with regional reviewers
• Update online learning materials, including courses, videos, guides, and onboarding content
• Support the administration of external learning platforms, user groups, and licenses
• Follow up on learning-related support requests to improve the employee experience

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency is required
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• At least one year remaining until graduation
• Intermediate Excel and data management skills
• Ability to navigate various digital platforms and tools
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive communication skills in English and Spanish
• Availability for a full-time internship for at least one year under a hybrid work scheme in García, N.L.
