Learning & Development Generalist

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training logistics including scheduling, LMS assignments, and attendance tracking
• Support development of learning materials such as slides, facilitator guides, and job aids
• Manage LMS content by uploading and testing training programs
• Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions
• Partner cross-functionally with L&D and Operations teams
• Travel up to 40% to engage with field teams

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of experience in learning & development or training coordination
• Experience supporting virtual and in-person learning environments
• Basic instructional design capability
• Confident facilitation skills for small group sessions
• Proficiency with Google Workspace
• Ability to travel up to 40%

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with LMS and authoring tools like Rise or Synthesia
