Learning & Development Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Design and build comprehensive training modules for the Learning Management System (Kodiak University)
• Update and maintain existing training content to ensure alignment with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Facilitate engaging, hands-on training sessions both in-person and virtually
• Conduct new-hire onboarding and continuous development programs
• Coach, mentor, and assess trainee proficiency in safety and operational standards
• Collaborate with Operations Managers and Subject Matter Experts to validate training content
• Gather feedback and performance data to evaluate and iterate on training effectiveness

Requirements

• Minimum of three years experience designing and facilitating training in an operations environment
• Hands-on experience managing content within a Learning Management System (LMS)
• Ability to convert complex operational workflows and SOPs into effective training materials
• Experience conducting needs assessments and evaluating training effectiveness
• Proficiency in multimedia tools such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, or PowerPoint
• Understanding of autonomous vehicle technology and safety-critical operational roles

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in operational control centers, dispatch coordination, or fleet management
• Familiarity with industry-specific KPIs like uptime and on-time performance
