Learning & Development Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support the central usage of the Learning Portal (Docebo) and train HR colleagues, managers, and administrators.
• Coordinate and administer corporate training programs and assist participants with portal navigation.
• Manage key resources and perform nomination processes for training initiatives.
• Suggest and implement improvements for learning portal administration and surrounding processes.
• Provide data analytics, impact measurements, and learning statistics.
• Update relevant intranet and HR collaboration community pages related to Learning & Development.
• Contribute to transformation projects and lead the network of Learning Admins.

Requirements

• Proven HR process knowledge and experience working in an international environment.
• At least 2 years of experience in learning administration using an LMS system.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools.
• Spoken and written fluency in English.
• A proactive, curious mindset with the ability to take ownership of service delivery.
