Learning & Development Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and execution of manufacturing talent development strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct classroom and On-the-Job Training (OJT) for operators and technicians.
• Lead and monitor certification and re-certification activities to ensure compliance with process requirements.
• Track and report employee training records, including licenses, certificates, and mandatory safety training.
• Develop and maintain course materials, presentations, and OJT checklists.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with universities and external partners to create collaboration opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders to connect learning initiatives with current and future talent needs.
• Lead and mentor a small team focused on training and development execution.
• Support internal and external audits, including RBA and ISO.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of relevant work experience in talent development and project management.
• Proven experience conducting On-the-Job Training (OJT).
• Strong background in electronics manufacturing.
• IPC-A-610 Certification (or ability to earn IPC-A-610 Instructor Certification).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing small to mid-sized teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
