Learning & Development Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner with data center operational, health and safety, and HR teams to identify workforce capability requirements
• Develop and execute a comprehensive data center training strategy aligned with organizational goals
• Conduct training needs analysis using workforce capability data, skills assessments, and operational metrics
• Create blended learning solutions including classroom, e-learning, and simulations
• Manage end-to-end delivery of training programs across multiple data center locations
• Maintain training schedules, learning pathways, and certification records for audit purposes
• Monitor and report on training effectiveness using KPIs
• Partner with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy of content
• Lead and develop a team of trainers
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in learning and development, preferably in the technology sector
• Expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles
• Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS)
• Experience in fast-paced operational environments
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong in-person and virtual facilitation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven people management experience
• Train the trainer or L&D certifications
• Coaching qualifications
• Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools
• Experience with e-learning authoring platforms such as Articulate, Vyond, or Canva
