Learning & Development Advisor - Early Careers

Responsibilities

• Analyze business challenges and identify learning interventions to improve performance
• Coordinate and promote L&D initiatives and Early Careers programs across the APAC region
• Identify skill gaps through stakeholder consultation and data analysis
• Develop bespoke L&D solutions, frameworks, and content for leadership and technical skills
• Facilitate training and manage e-learning platforms
• Manage the annual Early Careers intake in conjunction with Talent Acquisition
• Serve as the primary point of contact for graduate-related activities
• Coordinate interim and final assessments for graduate and cadet development programs
• Design and deliver professional development workshops and events

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role within a large organization
• Experience designing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs
• Proficiency in working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Ability to develop engaging training materials and e-learning content
• Strong analytical and evaluation skills to assess program effectiveness
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong administrative, reporting, and organizational skills
• Professional qualification in Training, Assessment, Administration, or HR (preferred)
