Learning Designer Trainee

Responsibilities

• Participate in an intensive 200+ hour bootcamp focused on AI-powered learning design.
• Conduct content research and analysis using Gen AI tools to define learning objectives and learner personas.
• Develop engaging learning content by chunking and reframing information into digestible formats.
• Storyboard immersive experiences including eLearning, videos, and microlearning using PowerPoint and Gen AI platforms.
• Create diverse learning assets such as assessments, simulations, chatbots, and infographics.
• Collaborate with multimedia and development teams to bring instructional designs to life.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, Journalism, Sociology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with an ability to translate complex ideas.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Awareness of design aesthetics, accessibility, and UX principles.
• An innovative, AI-first mindset with a curiosity for Generative AI tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Awareness of Rapid Authoring Tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Vyond, or Captivate.
