Learning Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Diagnose national technical training needs and identify market service offerings to meet organizational demand.
• Design and develop technical training programs for specialized roles and departments.
• Manage, monitor, and ensure the execution of the annual training plan.
• Search for, negotiate with, and maintain relationships with training vendors.
• Administer training databases and manage Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Create and update process control indicators and analyze internal processes for continuous improvement.
• Provide high-quality service and support to internal clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Administration, Psychology, Communication, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in Human Capital, Talent Management, Training, or Human Development.
• Proven knowledge in Training Needs Diagnosis (DNC) and training planning.
• Experience with LMS administration and pedagogical content review.
• Solid proficiency in database management using Excel and Access.
• Ability to analyze and innovate internal processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• English language proficiency.
• Experience working with emerging educational technologies.
