Learning Content & Media Producer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct learning needs analysis and define training objectives.
• Design and develop interactive learning experiences using Articulate Storyline, Rise, and AI-powered authoring tools.
• Produce high-quality digital media assets, including microlearning videos, internal podcasts, and animated content.
• Script, record, edit, and post-produce professional training videos using Adobe Suite and Camtasia.
• Serve as on-screen talent or voiceover host for various digital learning products and blended training sessions.
• Apply a data-driven approach to content design to ensure measurable training impact and engagement.
• Continuously explore and implement new learning technologies and AI tools to improve production efficiency.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in instructional design, digital media production, or eLearning development.
• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and Rise.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Camtasia.
• Strong public speaking, presentation, and on-camera communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced fintech environment.
• Must be eligible to work in Hungary (no visa support provided).
• A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in creating microlearning videos, podcasts, or interactive modules.
