Learning Content Developer

Responsibilities

• Analyze training needs and define clear learning and performance objectives.
• Design diverse learning solutions including e-learning, video, animation, and ILT/VILT materials.
• Develop interactive e-learning modules using authoring tools, incorporating scenarios and assessments.
• Produce and edit multimedia content such as videos, audio, graphics, and screen captures.
• Manage the full content lifecycle from concept and prototyping to publishing and testing in the LMS/LXP.
• Utilize AI tools to support writing, summarizing, and question creation.
• Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to manage reviews and approvals.
• Use learner feedback and data to continuously improve content quality.

Requirements

• Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Digital Media, Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience developing e-learning, video/animation, and ILT/VILT materials from concept to delivery.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Evolve) and video/audio editing software.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design science.
• Experience working with SMEs and stakeholders, ideally within an international environment.
• Practical experience or strong motivation to use AI-assisted tools for content creation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical understanding of construction equipment.
• Experience with learning analytics to drive data-driven content optimization.
