About the Company

Through their AI-supported platform Enpal.One+, they provide integrated solutions for decentralized energy, including solar systems, battery storage, wallboxes, smart meters, and heat pumps.

Responsibilities

• Recording and editing training videos
• Supporting the creation of e-learning modules and microlearning content
• Maintaining and developing the LMS and content library
• Preparing and processing training materials and presentations
• Supporting the preparation and follow-up of live training sessions
• Developing modern, target-group-oriented learning formats in collaboration with the team

Requirements

• Currently studying Media, Communication, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable field
• Initial experience in video recording and editing (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Canva)
• Interest in learning, further education, and digital learning formats
• Enthusiasm for sales and business topics
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Very good German and good English skills
